NEW POEM/POST BY MY FRIEND POET/ACTIVIST HILTON OBENZINGER THAT SAYS IT FOR ME

Some notes on Facebook use:
Now that we know that all our guts are splattered across
The world and used to foment stupidity
Now that we know everything we say is recorded and put into The Great Calculator in order to count up
The soft spots in our Brains
And now that every gesture we make
Is measured and spliced
Because we know all of this,
And all of the ways we're sold or been sold
Complain and protest and cry out
For a lot of people Facebook is the only communication tool
They have, and for many others it allows for their lives to grow
When they would otherwise wither in isolation
Don't leave but stay and fight
And dish out screwy data
Let them sweep you up and learn that you Dream
And fill up all of their algorithms with Hallucinations
