AND TODAY'S QUOTE

"According to a Gallup poll released last summer, 6 in 10 Republicans also said they thought that humans were created, in their present form, 10,000 years ago.

Let’s face it: This is no party of Einsteins. Really, it isn’t. A Pew poll last month found that only 6 percent of scientists said that they were Republicans."

—from an Op-Ed essay by Charles M. Blow in today's NY Times

yeah - and part of me says so what ... that liberal part that's about tolerance and acceptance ...

but in response to some of the behaviors i've been seeing recently by republicans and rightwingers, today i'm feeling fowl enough to just say call a rose a rose ...

these people are asinine, ignorant bigots that aren't deserving of their so-called rights of free speech - because they're incapable of forming a sentence on their own that reflects an original thought without parroting the manipuspeak of their propaganda sources - and that's the sad part, these idiots are going to be a major contributor to the demise of the freedoms we have because of the tutoring from rightwing christian conservative power mongers that have controlled them under the guise of political correctness, their god's will, and a poor excuse for patriotism ...
if we keep tolerating the inmates running the asylum it'll be time to kiss our ass goodbye ...
i say it's time for obama to reinstitute the patriot act for domestic terrorism against these 'screamers' because they're getting in the way of the democratic process - either that or re-post the election results from last november with an addendum of what exactly bush left for the obama administration to deal with ...
does anyone actually believe that six months can unclog an eight year
sewer ...
but i really doubt that fast-food america can wrap their minds around that ...
time to meditate ...

Funny, that liberals who claim to be on the side of science, are attempting to cut off scientific debate. Even Albert Einstein realized he was not so smart to cut off debate on his theories.

Right on Paul! That is a comment worthy of Mussolini, Chavez, Ahmadinijad or Obama with his "Snitch Line".

i think that's part of the problem jimmy - taking things out of context and twisting them to make your own obtuse points ...
