You've probably heard about this or read highlights from it, but here's the whole speech, at times enlightening and at other times just evening some scores, but always interesting (at least to me, and I've had my problems with Dylan).

I give him total props, he's a genius who created from all kinds of eclectic sources something new and often better, and he's a totally interesting man in many ways, but, like all of us, and certainly me, he has his flaws which I personally encountered a few times and didn't dig...
