It left out "honesty", "integrity", "character" and "ethics."

Oh,they would tell you there is no war.... but then that would be just an other lie. I think when they tell lies often enough they begin to believe they are the truth. I listened to Phylis Schafly (sp) talk about how the founding fathers never intended a separation of church and state. Pick and choose your quotes and you can prove most lies.

Liberals and Obama please stop your assault on the US Constitution. Mandating religious people to violate their basic principles is a violation.

The First Amendment (Amendment I) to the United States Constitution is part of the Bill of Rights. The amendment prohibits the making of any law respecting an establishment of religion, impeding the free exercise of religion, abridging the freedom of speech, infringing on the freedom of the press, interfering with the right to peaceably assemble or prohibiting the petitioning for a governmental redress of grievances.

Tell that to your conservative friends - you damn well that we have laws that impede on the free practice of some religions - we don't recognize polygamy as a religious right and that is just one example. Insurance coverage of contraceptives by Catholic hospitals has been the law in some states for years - where were your protests then. Why I am bothering is beyond me.

Oh, and Jim - I guess you agree that the statement above is true about Republicans - seeing as you fail to address any of the statements other than religion.

This is the same Jim who so vehemently and disrespectrfully opposed the occupy Wall Street citizens.

Lal--Hell, I wouldn't even agree that there is a "war on religion." That's another fantasy of right-wing paranoia.

I hear ya Bob. That's why they say "alleged" I guess. And Tom, as I've unfortunately proven over and over again, it's a waste of time and energy and focus to spend any words arguing with people who dismiss reason, logic, facts, and dare I say it, compassion, as irrelevant to their corporate/political/media masters' latest ploy gain and maintain a monopoly on power and wealth wherever they decide they to.

Yes, it's true. They love to manufacture catch phrases like that - "war on religion", "Obamacare" etc etc. that catch on (why they're called "catch phrases") and like an infectious disease, spread to and take hold of weak minds and characters.

And I really hate these dam code words below that you have to decipher, they're more bullshit.

If Michael is a "cowardly asshole" for creating and maintaining this blog/forum for his views (yes HIS VIEWS) on politics, culture, the arts etc, even in the wake of brain surgery, and for exercising his constitutional rights of free expression and the right to delete hateful, unkind, false comments, then what does that make someone who hurls acrimonious potshots without having the decency, integrity and balls to show his face?

Robert, I might go to the trouble to learn how to show my face with a photo, but it would just be deleted.
